Job summary

Actian invites an AI Enablement Lead to architect and scale internal AI capabilities across the product and engineering teams. You will build platforms, orchestration layers, and governance to enable safe, rapid AI deployment at scale within Actian Data Intelligence Platform.

You will drive cross-functional upskilling, PoC-to-production execution, and tooling standardization while partnering with vendors and open-source communities to remain at the cutting edge of AI innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong background building and scaling AI-powered applications in enterprise SaaS or data platforms.
• Deep expertise in Python or Go, semantic search, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and LLMs.
• Ability to design and implement production-grade AI tooling and governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect, scale, and own AI enablement strategy end-to-end.
• Design and maintain AI orchestration layers, API gateways, and reusable frameworks for company-wide use.
• Embed AI features into Actian Data Intelligence Platform with cross-team collaboration.
• Establish LLMOps governance, monitoring, and data/privacy safeguards across AI implementations.
• Lead upskilling workshops and create documentation for non-AI teams.
• Drive PoCs to production with scalable, production-grade code.
• Standardize AI tooling stack, embeddings strategies, and caching mechanisms.
• Evaluate AI model partners and open-source options to stay at the innovation frontier.
• Define metrics to track AI enablement impact and ROI.
