Job summary

Actian seeks an AI Enablement Lead to architect and scale our AI enablement program. You will build foundational platforms, tooling, and workflows that allow product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely, rapidly, and at scale.

You will drive LLMOps governance, data pipelines, and agentic workflows, while upskilling cross-functional teams and standardizing tooling to keep Actian at the forefront of AI innovation.

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML Engineer or equivalent with enterprise SaaS experience.
• Deep expertise in Python or Go and AI model tooling.
• Experience with vector databases and LLM tooling.
• Experience building scalable AI-enabled platforms in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain core AI orchestration layers and reusable frameworks.
• Embed production-ready AI features into the data platform.
• Establish guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring for AI models.
• Monitor cloud/API spend and optimize latency for production features.
• Lead upskilling workshops and documentation for engineers.
• Drive PoCs to production with scalable code.
• Standardize AI tooling across the organization.
• Evaluate AI model partnerships and open-source options.
• Track metrics like adoption, time-to-market, and ROI.
