Job summary

Actian seeks an AI Enablement Lead to architect and scale the AI enablement strategy across the Actian Data Intelligence Platform. You will build foundational AI tooling, orchestration layers, and governance to empower product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely and rapidly.

You will lead the transformation, democratize AI, and implement LLMOps practices, agentic workflows, and data pipelines while ensuring cost, latency, and security considerations are baked in from PoC to production.

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML Engineer, LLMOps Engineer or Software Architect with enterprise SaaS or data platform experience.
• Deep technical expertise in Python or Go and modern LLM tooling.
• Experience designing AI platforms, governance, and production-grade ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect, scale, and own AI enablement strategy end-to-end.
• Build core AI orchestration layers and reusable frameworks for company-wide use.
• Drive production-grade AI features in Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish guardrails, evaluation frameworks and monitoring for AI models.
