Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect and own the AI enablement strategy across the data intelligence platform. You will build foundational AI tooling, establish guardrails and governance, and scale agentic workflows for rapid, safe deployment of AI features.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, drive PoCs to production, and lead standardization of the AI stack, including vector databases and orchestration frameworks.

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML Engineer, LLMOps Engineer, or Software Architect with enterprise SaaS or data platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI orchestration layers and API gateways for company-wide use.
• Embed production-ready AI/ML features into Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Set up governance, evaluation, and monitoring for model performance, privacy and security.
• Optimize cloud/API compute usage and latency for production AI features.
• Lead cross-functional upskilling and create documentation for AI-enabled capabilities.
• Drive PoC to production delivery of high-impact AI projects.
• Standardize the AI tooling stack, including embedding strategies and vector tooling.
• Evaluate open-source models and partnerships to keep Actian at the innovation edge.
• Define metrics for AI enablement impact and adoption.
