Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own an organization-wide AI enablement strategy. You will build foundational platforms, tooling, and frameworks that empower product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely and rapidly.

You will establish modern LLMOps practices, drive PoC-to-production initiatives, and partner across teams to democratize AI while controlling risk and latency.

Qualifications

• Strong background building AI-powered applications in enterprise SaaS or data platforms.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI features with governance and security in mind.
• Proven ability to create reusable AI tooling and platform abstractions for multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI orchestration layers and centralized gateways.
• Embed production-ready AI features into the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring for models.
