Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own AI enablement strategy across the data platform. You will build AI tooling, orchestration layers, and frameworks to enable safe, rapid, scalable AI deployment by product and engineering teams.

You will drive LLMOps governance, data privacy, and performance monitoring while partnering with cross-functional teams to democratize AI and reduce time-to-market for AI features.

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML Engineer, LLMOps Engineer, or Software Architect with enterprise SaaS experience.
• Deep expertise in Python or Go, vector DBs, LLMs.
• Proactive ownership; build frameworks before needs arise.
• Strong CI/CD and containerization practices (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Excellent English communication for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain core AI orchestration layers and API gateways.
• Embed production AI features into the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Build LLMOps governance, monitoring, and bias/data privacy controls.
• Optimize cloud spend and latency for AI features.
• Lead workshops and create blueprints for AI-driven capabilities.
