Overview

Agriculture Instructor – Location: Duchy College, Stoke Climsland. Salary: £26,301.64 - £27,088.08 FTE (pro-rata salary range £15,994.24 - £16,472.48). Terms & Conditions: Part Time (22.5 hours per week/52 weeks per year), Support Contract. Closing Date: 30 September 2025. Interviews: TBC.

About the Role

Based at our Duchy College Stoke Climsland campus, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our Agriculture delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled professional who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and best practices in agricultural practical skills with the next generation.

Skills and Experience
  • Applicants should hold at least a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area and have hands-on experience across a range of agricultural operations.
  • While previous teaching experience is not required, experience in training or developing staff within the industry would be a strong advantage.

You do not need to be a qualified instructor to apply - we will provide all necessary training and support to help you succeed in the role. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment that enables every student to reach their full potential.

Hours of Work

This role is on a part-time basis; 22.5 hours per week.
