• Retail or showroom experience is a plus.

• Excellent numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with parts orders.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on machinery parts.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders and stock control.
• Handle calls and emails professionally.
• Maintain and update parts inventory.
• Liaise with suppliers for parts sourcing.
• Contribute to sales targets and upselling.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries.
