  • Uphold service standards on all authorised products, ensuring Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) is woven into your approach at all times.
  • Analyse distribution trends and broker behaviours to inform future strategies.
  • Build meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships with inhouse and 3rd party brokers.
  • Manage quality assurance and peer reviews to identify opportunities for underwriting and product improvements.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and developments in your industry segments, building strong relationships with capacity partners.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • We are keen to hear from Development Underwriters or Farm Underwriters who enjoy trading, as well as Agricultural Insurance Brokers who are keen to move over to an MGA environment.
  • Knowledge of Agricultural insurance and understanding of the unique risks faced by those who live and work in the countryside.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good numeracy and IT skills, with strong organizational and task-management abilities.
