Key Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Partner with Sponsors and Product Owners to define scope, priorities, and success measures
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans and business cases
  • Drive progress, managing risks, issues, and dependencies with transparency
  • Build strong delivery structures and foster continuous improvement
  • Inspire and develop high-performing teams, promoting collaboration and accountability
  • Champion a culture of agility, learning, and shared success
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects in Financial Services is essential
  • Exposure to Defined Benefit pensions, Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA), or Pension Risk Transfers (PRT) is beneficial
  • Experience working across business and IT domains, ideally with pensions or investment platforms
  • Strong track record in change and delivery management within agile, multi-disciplinary environments
  • Knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Experience with project planning, business cases, and benefits management
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable
