A leading defense technology firm is looking for an Agile Coach to support a Software Engineering team in Leeds. You will work closely with National Security customers to enhance mission capabilities and drive agility within DevOps teams. Qualifications

• Previous experience in leadership roles within a professional software team.
• Experience in applying agile methodologies to large projects.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior developers by setting examples.
• Familiarity with team meeting facilitation and idea management.

Responsibilities

• Work with National Security Customers to build and run systems.
• Support DevOps teams in understanding and developing applications.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the team.
