NMS Recruit Ltd. seeks an experienced After Sales Technical Administrator to strengthen our growing technical and customer support function. The role blends technical support, warranty administration, spare parts coordination and dealer assistance.

The position suits someone with automotive, engineering or machinery experience who enjoys problem-solving and administrative tasks and who can engage with dealers, customers and internal departments effectively.

Qualifications

• Combination of technical understanding and strong administration skills.
• At least 3 years' experience within service, aftersales, warranty or technical support.
• Experience in automotive, engineering, machinery or technical environment.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• Warranty administration experience would be highly beneficial.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical manuals, drawings and diagnostic information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with dealers, customers, suppliers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Support the full aftersales process, from handling technical enquiries to warranty claims.
• Process spare parts orders and provide dealer support.
• Manage product issue tracking and liaison with internal teams.
• Coordinate between customers, dealers, engineering and logistics to resolve issues.
