Kemp Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to support customers through ownership of their machinery, working with Service Managers and Parts teams to ensure a first-class aftersales experience.

You will use telematics, fleet data and CRM systems to anticipate needs and develop targeted aftersales solutions. The role emphasizes proactive customer care, identifying service opportunities and promoting fixed-price servicing, repairs and maintenance packages, while building strong

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural machinery, automotive, plant or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of parts, servicing, warranties and aftersales products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach.
• Good IT/CRM skills and strong organisation.
• A full, clean UK driving licence

As an Aftersales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the ownership of their machinery. Working closely with customers, Service Managers and Parts teams, you will help ensure they receive a first-class aftersales experience while identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and drive business growth.

You will take a proactive approach to customer care, using telematics, fleet data and CRM systems to anticipate customer requirements, identify service opportunities and develop targeted aftersales solutions.
