Job summary

NMS Recruit is seeking an After Sales Technical Administrator to support the full aftersales process, including technical enquiries, warranty claims, spare parts orders and dealer support. The role links customers, dealers, engineering, logistics and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure accurate warranty processes.

Ideal candidates will have automotive/engineering exposure, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in service, aftersales, warranty or technical support.
• Experience in automotive, engineering, machinery or technical environments.
• Experience in workshop, technical support or service environments is advantageous.
• Previous warranty administration experience would be highly beneficial.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical manuals, drawings and diagnostic information.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• SAP experience would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with dealers, customers, suppliers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the full aftersales process, from handling technical enquiries and warranty claims through to spare parts orders, dealer support and product issue management.
• Acting as a link between customers, dealers, engineering, logistics and internal departments to resolve technical issues and manage warranty claims and aftersales processes accurately.
