Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in the automotive trade.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Knowledge of vehicle warranty processes and manufacturer procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a logical, organised approach to work.
• Confident using databases — ideally with Pinnacle experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Resilience and prioritisation in a demanding environment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers accurately and efficiently.
• Check weekly statements, identify overdue claims, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all documentation complies with manufacturer guidelines.
• Manage invoices and warranty claims, including open time, clockings, and job card write-ups.
• Maintain comprehensive repair order documentation.
• Control and return displaced materials to manufacturers in accordance with procedures.
• Build and maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues and customers to ensure high levels of service.
