Qualifications

• Experience in Aftersales or similar role in a motor environment.
• Strong customer engagement and satisfaction focus.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Able to work well in a busy dealership environment.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and workshop appointments.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Liaise with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Prepare estimates and explain work carried out to customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Support the Aftersales team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the dealership for a seamless customer journey.
