Job summary

Acorn Motor Group in Burntwood is seeking an experienced Aftersales Specialist for a fixed-term maternity cover of up to 12 months. The role requires a proven track record in Aftersales or motor vehicle environments and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage bookings, keep customers updated, liaise with technicians, prepare estimates and guide customers through the repair journey while supporting the Aftersales team across the dealership.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Motor Trade Service Advisor or Aftersales role.
• Full UK Driving license.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Aftersales Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover within our Aftersales division in Burntwood. The contract is expected to last for up to 12 months; however, it may end earlier or be extended depending on business needs and the return of the substantive postholder.

Thesuccessful candidate must have a proven track record within an Aftersales / Motor Vehicle environment and an absolute understanding and passion for exceptional Customer Service. We focus on employing the very best staff who can display excellent customer satisfaction, whilst making every contact with our company a great experience to ensure along-lasting relationship.

The Aftersales Specialist role requires someone who is well organised, has a strong attention to detail, is customer focused and who is confident in a busy working environment. Full product training will be given but prior knowledge of any of our brands would be advantageous. • Be able to manage the booking system to make sure appointments are logged correctly and time slots filled
• Manage each customer journey from start to finish
• A great outgoing personality
