Job summary

Stoneacre The Number One Motor Group is recruiting an Aftersales Advisor in Lancashire to provide exceptional customer service, manage parts orders and liaise with workshop teams. You will sell parts to retail and trade customers, maintain stock, process invoices and handle complaints in line with policy.

A minimum of 1 year in a service advisory role is preferred, with training available for RTC/Kerridge/ADP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service advisor experience.
• Experience with RTC, Kerridge or ADP systems is preferred; training may be provided.
• Strong communication and attention to detail to deliver premium customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are distributed to technicians efficiently.
• Selling parts to retail and trade customers by phone, online and face-to-face.
• Maintain stock levels, place orders and manage deliveries.
• Identify parts using the Electronic Parts Catalogue and DMS.
• Communicate with customers and workshop to set expectations.
• Process payments and issue invoices; handle complaints per policy.
• Provide high standard handover and administration for customer vehicles.
