Perfect Placement is recruiting an Aftersales Services Executive for a state-of-the-art facility in Brent Cross, North West London. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, coordinating servicing, and maintaining clear vehicle progress updates.

The successful candidate will manage enquiries, build strong customer relationships, and liaise with technicians to ensure accurate job cards, invoices, and warranty documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive aftersales, service coordination, or workshop administration.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and professional approach.
• Automotive credentials or experience with warranty procedures is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with vehicle workshop processes and parts coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships by providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Handling client enquiries via telephone, email, and in person.
• Coordinating servicing, maintenance, and repair bookings from initial consultation through to completion.
• Providing clients with clear, timely updates on vehicle progress.
• Building trusted relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Managing workshop communications, liaising with technicians regarding vehicle requirements.
• Preparing and maintaining job cards, estimates, and relevant documentation.
• Coordinating parts requirements, tracking parts availability and delivery.
• Assisting with warranty administration, including claim submissions and documentation.
• Preparing and processing customer and warranty invoices accurately.
• Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, vehicle history, and workshop activities.
• Supporting the team with operational and administrative functions as required.
