• Minimum 2 years experience in retail sales, telesales, customer service or a service-related role.
• Proactive, self-motivated and customer-focused approach.
• Strong selling ability with proven results.
• Confident in building rapport and communicating across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls to existing customers and prospects.
• Promote and sell relevant aftermarket solutions and upgrade kits.
• Maintain accurate information in CRM and dealer systems.
