Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Service Solutions Specialist in Basildon to drive aftersales growth, enhance contract performance and broaden connected services across the UK network. You will work with dealerships, customers and internal teams to deliver innovative maintenance and repair solutions and improve profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive aftersales or fleet sectors, strong stakeholder management and experience with data reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive aftersales or service solutions.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and customer retention.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across Maintenance & Repair, Extended Warranty and Connected Services.
• Increase aftersales customer retention through improved contract penetration.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealerships, customers and internal teams.
• Support development and delivery of service campaigns, promotions and commercial initiatives.
• Manage pricing communications and incentive schemes across the dealer network.
• Coordinate lifecycle management of service contracts.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability for business and dealers.
• Deliver product, sales and service training to dealership teams.
• Provide guidance on service solutions and connected services products.
• Analyse customer and contract data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams.
• Advise customers on telematics and connected services.
