Qualifications

• Previous experience as Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a dealership or independent workshop.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• The right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).

Role Summary

Role: Aftersales Advisor

Location: Thatcham

Salary: 30k basic + 4k bonus + benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00 – NO WEEKEND ROTA!

Duties

• Responding to customer requests
• Booking in vehicles for service / repair
• Checking in vehicles
• Track vehicle through the workshop
• Handover the vehicle
• Achieve incremental sales
• Use technology effectively
• Manage your own performance
• Contribute to effective working
• Deal with customer complaints
• Contribute to improved service processes

Ideal Candidate

• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK DL
• Service or Aftersales Advisor background within the UK automotive industry
• Full UK driving licence
• The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
