We are currently recruiting for the role of Aftersales Advisor on behalf of a respected family-run business located in Preston. Duties:

• Answering inbound Aftersales calls confidently and professionally
• Assisting clients with their enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Managing customer enquiries by following a qualification process to ensure proper routing
• Creating appointment opportunities for the Aftersales team
• Building strong relationships with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent service
• Providing helpful advice, support, and handling objections where necessary
• Managing customer expectations and guiding them through next steps
• Ensuring every customer interaction remains memorable for all the right reasons

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
• Strong listening skills, with a passion for making clients feel heard
• Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
• Experience in telephone or face-to-face customer contact
• Understanding of what makes a customer feel valued and welcomed
• Knowledge of car sales or aftersales is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
