• Recent or current experience with automotive vehicle parts.
• Franchise-approved car dealership or motor factors experience is advantageous.
• IT literacy with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues.
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with a friendly, charismatic manner.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for customer and workshop requirements.
• Identifying and advising customers on their parts needs.
• Greeting customers in the showroom and responding professionally to inquiries.
• Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Receiving, handling and organising parts deliveries and storage.
• Managing data entry and documentation related to parts transactions.
• Working closely with the Parts Manager and supporting team members in daily operations.
