Job summary

Chorley Group in Preston seeks an enthusiastic Aftersales contact centre advisor to join our in-office team. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify enquiries and create appointment opportunities for the Aftersales team.

Excellent communication, a customer-focused approach and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Training will be provided; shifts include daytime, evenings and weekends, totaling 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and telephone manner.
• Listening to customers to ensure they feel heard.
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
• Experience in telephone or face-to-face customer contact.
• Understanding what good service looks like and making clients feel valued.
• Aftersales knowledge is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound Aftersales calls and assist clients with enquiries.
• Route enquiries via a qualification process to the correct team.
• Create appointment opportunities for the Aftersales team.
• Build relationships across the business and support colleagues.
• Provide assistance, advice and support, handling objections when needed.
• Manage client expectations and discuss next steps in the journey.
• Be memorable for the right reasons.
