Job Description

  • Engage with customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media.

  • Guide customers through our products and services with confidence.
  • Accurately log customer interactions to help track performance and identify trends.
  • Identify trends and share findings with the wider team.
  • Escalate any complex queries to senior team members.
  • Liase with the wider business to resolve complex issues.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Aftersales Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience within Customer Service is essential.
  • Confident communication and active listening skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Comfortable in using CRM systems.
  • Positive empathetic attitude.
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
