Location: Glemsford Primary Academy, 29 Lion Road, Glemsford, Sudbury, CO10 7RF
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 12.5 hours per week
Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 5:30pm
Start Date: 3rd November 2025
End Date: 15th December 2025
Job Type: Temporary – Additional Workload

We are recruiting 1 x School Cleaner to support additional workload at Glemsford Primary Academy. This is a consistent afternoon role with guaranteed weekday hours.

Duties Include

General cleaning of classrooms, corridors, and communal areas

Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities

Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces

Emptying bins and restocking consumables

Following all health & safety and safeguarding procedures

Maintaining high cleaning standards at all times

Essential Requirements

Enhanced DBS check with barred list (mandatory)

CV

Proof of address

3 years’ references

National Insurance number

Overseas police check (if applicable)

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
