Job description

This lovely family based in Richmond, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their toddler and two school-aged children. They are looking for a kind, reliable, and engaging nanny who can create a warm and supportive environment for the children after school. The family has friendly cats, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable around pets. A driver would be a bonus but is not essential. The role involves all general nanny duties, with a focus on providing attentive care, supporting the children's routines, and ensuring a positive and nurturing atmosphere at home. A valid first-aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours

Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm or 4:00 pm until 7:30 pm or 8:00 pm. One day a week until 9:00 pm.

Duties include

• School pick-ups and afternoon care
• Supporting with homework and after-school routines
• Focusing care on the younger child, as the older children are more independent
• Preparing healthy and nutritious dinners and snacks for the children
• Taking the children to activities, such as swimming lessons
• Providing light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, laundry, etc.)
• Assisting with evening routines to ensure a smooth transition to bedtime
