A growing affiliate-based firm is seeking a strategic Affiliate Manager to build and scale a high-performing affiliate channel. This part-time role requires proven experience and a marketing background, along with hands-on experience using the Everflow platform. You'll have ownership of the affiliate growth process, from offer creation to optimization, and the flexibility to work remotely, adhering to UK business hours. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of affiliate dynamics and the ability to drive results quickly.

We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded Affiliate Manager to help us build and scale a high-performing affiliate channel. This role is ideal for someone who loves testing ideas, working closely with affiliates, and turning smart offers into consistent revenue.
This is not a coordination or admin role - it’s a hands‑on, impact-driven opportunity where your work directly influences growth. You’ll have real ownership, the freedom to make decisions, and the chance to build something meaningful from the ground up.
You’ll own affiliate growth end-to-end, from offer creation to optimisation
You’ll work with Everflow as your core platform, with full autonomy
Your ideas will be tested in the real market - quickly and decisively
You’ll be trusted to make calls on what to scale, iterate, or stop
You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team that values results and clarity
This is a part-time role (10 hours per week) with flexibility on location, as long as you can work within UK business hours (9:00am–6:00pm GMT). Candidates based in the UK, Europe, or the US (morning hours) are all welcome.
Design and refine affiliate offers that are built to convert
Assess which offers will perform before investing time and resources
Continuously improve performance using real data and affiliate insight
Manage Everflow end-to-end: tracking, attribution, payouts, and optimisation
Ensure clean, accurate, and compliant tracking across all affiliate activity
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates with a commercial lens
Create commission structures, incentives, and promos that drive real volume
Listen to affiliate feedback and turn it into smarter offers
Track EPCs, CPA, and profitability at offer level
Share clear, concise insights with recommendations on what to scale next
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager with a real marketing background
A track record of building affiliate offers that actually sell
Strong understanding of what motivates affiliates - and what turns them off
Hands‑on Everflow experience (essential)
Commercially sharp, data‑literate, and confident making decisions
Comfortable working independently in a build‑and‑grow environment
Love ownership and accountability
Think like a marketer, not just an operator
Enjoy testing, learning, and optimising quickly
Are confident saying “this won’t work” - and explaining why
Care about outcomes, not vanity metrics

US-based candidates welcome if able to cover UK hours via mornings
