A leading performance marketing firm located in Solihull, UK, is seeking an Affiliate Executive to manage their affiliate strategy. The successful candidate will onboard and manage affiliates, optimize performance, and work collaboratively with marketing channels. Ideal applicants should have previous experience in affiliate marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the fashion or e-commerce industry. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in-office attendance.

Job description

As the Affiliate Executive, you will be responsible for executing the Gymshark affiliate strategy. You will onboard new affiliates, manage existing relationships, and review and optimise performance. With the support of the Affiliate Manager, you will build an active and engaged network that unlocks performance potential through creativity and innovation.

You will bring a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, as well as experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry.

What you'll be doing
  • Support the execution of Gymshark’s global affiliate strategy.
  • Evaluate new partnership opportunities with a test-and-learn mindset to drive channel growth.
  • Manage and nurture existing partnerships, identifying new ways to strengthen relationships and deliver mutual growth.
  • Play a key role in trading campaigns, providing strategic recommendations to maximise performance.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reports on core metrics against KPIs.
  • Keep partners informed and motivated, providing regular updates on Gymshark initiatives and encouraging brand promotion both during and outside campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other marketing channels to execute cross-channel campaigns effectively.
  • Work closely with the internal creative team to brief, produce, and deliver high-quality assets on time for affiliate campaigns.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks and exposure audits of affiliate partners.
  • Oversee the monthly validation process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to continuously improve performance.
What you'll need

  • Previous affiliate/partnership marketing experience, in-house or within an agency
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Partnerize
  • Strong understanding of the fashion or e-commerce industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for all things digital and a desire to test new tactics and keep up to date with industry changes

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend a minimum of 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
