Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/process engineering, ideally within aerospace or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and Zero Defects principles.
• Experience with sliding head machines is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes focused on quality, cost, and delivery.
• Create machining processes for complex components using CAD/CAM tools.
• Lead and support process improvement projects.
