Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a quality team and managing quality assurance systems in aerospace.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing products and processes.
• Experience with auditing AS9100 and NADCAP compliance.

• Lead and develop the Quality team, managing skills, training, and performance.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance systems for compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction.

Education
