Qualifications

• Proven background in logistics management, within Engineering & Manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience using MRP/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of export controls, customs procedures and courier/freight operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Logistics team, ensuring effective workload allocation.
• Oversee processing in Goods In, Stores and Dispatch.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain material flow supporting production and customer deliveries.
• Ensure materials traceability per aerospace standards.
• Monitor and report on logistics KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to solve bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with the Business Management System and export/import requirements.
