We are looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our friendly and supportive general practice team. In this role, you will provide advanced clinical care, hold patient clinics, support chronic disease management, and contribute to quality improvement and public health initiatives. Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions.
Hold patient clinics, including chronic disease reviews and medication management.
Prescribe medications and treatments within your competency and independent prescribing qualifications.
Provide clinical advice and support to the practice team.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and service development.
Contribute to public health and screening programmes, including immunisations and vaccinations.
Mentor and support junior staff and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team.

To provide advanced clinical care to patients within Nene Valley Surgery, independently and collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team. The ANP will assess, diagnose, manage, and review patients with acute and chronic conditions, hold patient clinics, support prescribing, and contribute to quality improvement and public health initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions.
Hold patient clinics, including chronic disease management and medication reviews.
Prescribe medications and treatments within your competency and independent prescribing qualification.
Provide clinical advice and support to colleagues across the practice.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and service development.
Contribute to public health and screening programmes, including immunisations and vaccinations.
Mentor and support junior staff and promote effective multidisciplinary team working.
