About the Role :

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our well‑established GP surgery in Wrexham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a friendly and professional team. The role offers flexibility in terms of hours, with an ideal preference for Tuesdays and Fridays but we are happy to discuss alternative availability.

Key Details :

Hours : 08:30 AM – 16:30 PM

Dates : Starting from 15th December, ongoing

Hourly Rate : £40.00 - £50.00 per hour, dependent on pay type

EMIS Web : Experience with EMIS Web is required

Parking : On-site parking available

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients within the scope of your practice as an ANP
• Prescribe medications and order necessary tests
• Work alongside GPs and other clinical staff in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment
• Provide high‑quality care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
• Manage a caseload effectively within the surgery’s protocols

Requirements :
