The ANP will support primary care services, assist GPs, and work collaboratively with the Clinical Leadto provide advanced clinical practice and leadership

Hours

The site currently offers a 24-hour service and shift patterns

Flexible - 5 Day per week (including some weekend working)

Salary

This position is full time,youll receive an annual salary up to £66,792 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job

As aAdvanced Nurse Practitioner,your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • Need expert clinical skills and demonstrate judgement in assessing and managing wide ranging and complex patient problems.
  • This multi-disciplinary team is made up of a variety of registered and non-registered professionals including; mental health, and.
  • You will act as a role model ensuring professional appearance and maintaining professional standards at all times. Supporting senior clinicians on site you will be part of the daily leadership team, providing clinical input for all patients.
  • As a clinical expert in your field, you will work with the team to ensure; patient safety, the management of complex cases and ensure the most up to date treatment methodology is applied to patient care.
