Your Role:

The Advanced Business Analyst will contribute to the performance and efficiency of the Private Markets Real Estate Technology team by supporting internal employees and external service providers. Responsibilities include managing system access, application licenses, and vendor relations. The role also involves supporting project and Agile reporting, and providing backup to project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Application Administration & Support: Liaise with vendors, manage licenses, perform admin tasks, troubleshoot issues, support end-users, and analyze customer needs for future enhancements.
  2. Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI): Lead or assist daily stand-ups, ensure incident resolution, report on issues, and support planning and execution of changes.
  3. Project Pipeline and Scrum Management: Support project charter preparation, pipeline and status reporting, facilitate Scrum meetings, and assist with tracking features and user stories.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT environments supporting accounting or ERP applications
  • Real Estate application experience (Yardi, Argus)
  • Experience in investment management or real estate organizations
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred)
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow, JIRA, MS Office
