Overview
  • Location: Tameside
  • Contract Type: Short-term contract (while permanent recruitment is underway)
  • Pay: £13.01/hour
  • Hours: 36 hours/week (4 x 9-hour shifts)
  • Shift Pattern: Rota-based, includes weekend and bank holiday working
  • Remote Working: Some remote shifts available (especially late shifts)
  • Driving Requirement: Essential – must be a car driver
About the Role

Join Tameside’s Early Support & Advice Hub (ESAH) – the first point of contact for Adult Social Care. As an Assessor, you’ll play a vital role in:

  • Handling incoming calls and contacts
  • Gathering key information and speaking directly with individuals
  • Conducting pre-screening for Care Act assessments
  • Promoting independence and helping people live well at home

This is a fast-paced, strengths-based team focused on early intervention, reablement, and working collaboratively with voluntary and third-sector partners.
