Admissions Officer

Term-time, full-time (plus 4 weeks in school holidays)

Clayesmore is seeking an organised and cheerful Admissions Officer to support pupil recruitment across the Prep and Senior Schools, with a particular focus on international admissions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment, acting as a key point of contact for prospective parents and overseas agents.
  • Organise school visits and events.
  • Maintain accurate admissions records.
  • Support scholarship and UKVI/CAS processes (training provided).
  • Represent the school at recruitment events.
Qualifications
  • Experienced administrator with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook essential).
  • Experience in admissions or within an independent school, and knowledge of iSAMS and/or Digistorm is an advantage.
  • Highly organised, customer-focused and able to work flexibly as part of a busy team.
