Overview

Administrator / Junior Estimator | Daresbury | £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
Office-based initially (flexible hybrid working after trainin)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

We're looking for an Administrator / Junior Estimator to join a growing and successful organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow into a long-term career in estimating.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the estimating team with project research, cost breakdowns, and bid preparation
  • Analysing drawings, site layouts, and project specifications
  • Gathering and comparing supplier quotes for materials, equipment, and labour
  • Using Microsoft Excel and other software to prepare reports and cost summaries
  • Working closely with senior estimators to learn and develop expertise
  • Contributing to project planning and helping to ensure bids are competitive and profitable
  • Gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills and confidence grow
About You
