Location: City of London Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days in-office) Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: £30-35K

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an Office Assistant to deliver operational and administrative support, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within completing SWIFT transactions.

Portuguese language skills are a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts: opening, updating, maintaining, and processing transactions.
  • Handle account inquiries, set up internet banking, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards.
  • Support Treasury documentation processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, standing orders, and SWIFT RMA connections.
  • Assist with system enhancements, automation initiatives, and data integrity checks; collaborate with IT on reporting tools.
