Job summary

A local recruitment agency is seeking an Administrator to support the Music Service with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council. The role involves providing essential administrative support, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with policies. This position is full-time with a temporary contract from January 5, 2026, to March 18, 2026, with a pay rate of £14.59 PAYE or £19.10 Umbrella.

Location: Garth Olwg Community Campus
Hours: 37 per week (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30)
Start Date: 05 January 2026
End Date: 18 March 2026
Pay Rates: £14.59 PAYE / £19.10 Umbrella

About the Client

Rhondda Cynon Taf Music Service provides one-to-one and group music education across primary, secondary, and special schools in the local authority area. The service delivers high-quality tuition and support, alongside extracurricular concerts and events that give students memorable performance opportunities.

The Role

The Administrator will support the day-to-day running of the Music Service during a busy project period. Working within a small team of assistants, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the service.
