The role

As an Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. It’s an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to work that matters for national security.

Day-to-day, you’ll provide vital support to senior managers and project teams within our Nuclear Operations business. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and help ensure smooth operations across major infrastructure projects.

  • Provide general administrative support, including attending meetings, recording minutes, and distributing actions
  • Handle routine enquiries and relieve managers from unnecessary involvement
  • Extract, collate, and produce data for reports, schedules, and summaries
  • Prepare letters, reports, and manage document archiving (paper and electronic)
  • Support document control and maintain accurate records

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 3 days in the office/onsite.

Essential experience of the Administrator
  • Knowledge of office procedures within a busy environment
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and SharePoint
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Qualifications for the Administrator
