We’re recruiting an experienced Administrator who is friendly, adaptable and can confidently manage general administrative duties for Defence on a full‑time basis, contracted to 37 hours per week. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our offices run smoothly and efficiently and will be given every opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones in a polite and professional manner
  • Attend meetings and take notes
  • Keep the office tidy and presentable at all times
  • Order stationery and supplies when needed
  • Support staff by undertaking ad‑hoc projects as required
  • Produce reports and presentations
  • Answer email queries, usually through a central inbox
