This facility offers 48,500 square feet of manufacturing space for the development of high‑performance, multi‑station solutions used to launch air‑to‑air and air‑to‑ground munitions from bay, wing or fuselage stations.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Production Control Manager, the Administrator will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of the Production Control Department. This involves basic Works Order preparation, weekly meeting preparation, handling our shelf‑life system each month and closing off paperwork as needed. The specific responsibilities of the role include:

  • Scanning route cards once completed and uploading to QA folders.
  • Checking shelf life on consumable parts on the shop floor and removing them from the system.
  • Weekly work list preparation.
  • Raising works orders as needed by Production Control.
  • Annual participation in Stock Take.
Qualifications

The role requires the following experience and skills:

  • Proficiency in scanning route cards and uploading data to QA folders.
  • Experience in checking and managing shelf life of consumable parts on a shop floor.
  • Ability to prepare detailed weekly work lists.
  • Knowledge of raising works orders within a Production Control environment.
  • Participation in annual stock take typically required.
