Contract Administrators

Location: Catterick Garrison, DL9 3LR

Hourly rate: £12.50-13.50

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two experienced and confident Administrators to join our client's team at Catterick Garrison. These are key administrative roles, supporting a busy commercial and operational environment. As the Administrator, you will be involved in assisting their operations team with job organisation, planning work, raising purchase orders, completing time sheets, vehicle tracking and using/uploading to their in-house system. You will need to be comfortable in a dynamic environment and be able to adapt to change, ensuring that projects run smoothly, stay on schedule and meet the desired goals.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven experience in project coordination and management.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment and management systems (RAMS).
  • Solid background in administrative support and office management.
  • A valid DBS dated within the last 6 months is desirable.
