Anderson Knight is working in partnership with a prestigious drinks company based in Catrine, Scotland, to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their Customer Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to build their career within a well‑established and supportive business. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting both colleagues and customers through high‑quality administrative service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the shared customer service inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail
  • Provide general administrative support to the customer service team and wider business
  • Prepare and update documents, reports and spreadsheets using MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Support internal processes to ensure efficient workflow and strong customer service delivery
  • Work closely with a small team of three, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment
About You
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service support role
  • Confident using MS Office packages, especially Excel
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow and progress within the business
  • Due to limited transport links, a full driving licence and access to a car are essential
