Are you an organised and proactive individual with experience in school administration? It is essential that applicants have previous school admin experience; applications without this will not be considered.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time School Administrator to support our partner primary school in Small Heath. This is a term-time only position, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a welcoming and dynamic school environment.

About the Role:

>As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. You will provide vital administrative support to staff, pupils, and parents, helping to create an efficient and welcoming school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing student records, attendance, and admissions
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries
  • Supporting staff with administrative tasks and paperwork
  • Handling communication with parents and external agencies
  • Assisting with school events and meetings
  • Managing supplies and stock levels
  • Using school management systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or similar platforms) to update records and produce reports
  • Ensuring compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures
