A community support organization based in Leeds is seeking an Administrator to assist a Focused Intervention Team Worker with visual impairments. The role involves supporting with administrative tasks, updating case files, and occasionally accompanying the worker on home visits to make notes of interventions. Candidates must have strong administration experience and attention to detail, with proficiency in maintaining databases being essential. This role offers a chance to contribute meaningfully to the service user experience.
Based within the Forward Leeds drug and alcohol service, the purpose of this role is to support a Focused Intervention Team Worker with visual impairments with administrative tasks and updating case files.
The individual is required to work closely with the FIT Worker in accessing the service user database (System 1) and supporting in updating case files with interventions and assessments he has completed.
We are looking for someone with administration experience, who has a keen eye for detail and has experience inputting information and maintaining databases.
The individual will also be required to support the worker on home visits when needed, in order to maintain notes of any intervention delivered.
