Job summary

A managed service provider in the City of London seeks an administrative support officer to assist the operations manager and support young people in a care setup. Responsibilities include producing documentation, managing office systems, coordinating appointments, and supporting personnel procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration within a social care context and possess strong organizational skills. The role is strictly Monday to Friday with no weekend work, totaling 37 hours per week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations manager and team.
  • Act as the main contact for unit, managing queries and complaints.
  • Maintain and monitor office systems including databases and filing.
  • Co-ordinate appointments and meetings for the team and service users.
  • Support with personnel procedures and client care issues.
